OLYROOS coach Graham Arnold hopes Argentina are able to include Lionel Messi against his team in next Sunday's Olympic clash in Shanghai.

Messi is locked in a battle between club and country but Arnold will have no complaints if Messi pulls on the blue and white shirt.
He told AAP at an Olympic press conference today: "I would rather Lionel Messi be there because potentially when we beat them they will have no excuses.
"Argentina do not put any fear into us."
The Olyroos have lost their last three Olympic warm-up games but Arnold is far from pessimistic.
He just thinks there is a lack of sharpness in front of goal.
He said: "The hardest thing to coach in football is making chances.
"If you're making them and not scoring, the goals will eventually come.
"If you're not making the chances then we have a few problems."
The goalscoring burden will fall heavily on Melbourne Victory striker Archie Thompson and the forward is not feeling the pressure.
He said: "Hopefully I can do a lot more talking with my feet than I do maybe with my mouth.
"I'm just hoping I can bring a lot of experience and settle the boys down when it gets too much."
Arnold says the aim is clear, he wants three wins. He said: "We are striving for nine points. We are here to be confident and every game is a game we want win. But I don't care how we get through, goal difference is fine by me."
