Showing he's not snubbing the football media, Graham Arnold has agreed to talk with FourFourTwo about the Olympic aftermath and how we can continue to improve young footballers in this country
Graham Arnold has agreed to sit down with FourFourTwo editor in chief Paul Hansford to chat about a rollercoaster 18 months for the Socceroo second in command.
Keen to show that he was not snubbing the media at the A-League Awards night Arnold will speak candidly to Hansford about our exit in the Asian Cup, the Olyroos performances in Beijing and how we can take those experiences to continue improving Australia's young footballers.
Confusion arose last Monday when we initially reported that Arnie had snubbed the media on the red carpet at the A-League Awards at the Ivy by not stopping for photos or interviews with the waiting media.
In fact , Arnold was eager to get new National Technical Director Han Berger into the event to meet guests and chatted freely with members of the media whilst inside.
But in the flurry of cocktail dresses and free booze, FourFourTwo missed out on our chat with Arnie but now we're going to go one better - an audience with the man himself.
Keep your eyes peeled in the future to find out which issue the big Arnold interview will appear in.
