Socceroos whizkid Daniel Arzani has been left out of Celtic's squad for the 2018-19 Europa League.
The 19-year-old winger joined Celtic on a two-year loan deal from Manchester City last month and has since been building up his fitness in training following 2018 World Cup duty where he dazzled in three appearances off the bench.
Arzani is still not ready in fitness terms for first-team action but has played for Celtic's reserves side.
However, he was expected to be included in Celtic's squad for the Europa League following their qualification for the group stage last week, with an aggregate win over Suduva.
Celtic submitted a 43-man squad to UEFA on Tuesday, with Arzani failing to make the cut. Fellow Australian Tom Rogic was in the squad.
The Bhoys will take on RB Leipzig, Salzburg and Rosenborg in the Europa League group stage.
