Both Aussies started the match and Sterj played a key role before being subbed after 88 minutes. Zurich drew their game so Basel are now just three points behind them with six games to play.

On loan from Perth Glory to keep himself fit as he chases a Socceroos place in the Asian Cup, Colosimo played almost the full game for Turkish side Sivasspor, being replaced in the dying moments of the game. Petkovic failed to keep a clean sheet in goal though as Sivasspor went down 1-0 at home to Besiktas. Sivasspor are currently sixth in the Super Lig.
