Australian teenager, Seb Pasquali, has netted his first goal for Ajax II overnight.
The former Melbourne Victory starlet scored the 7th minute opener before Mateo Cassierra doubled the advantage 12 minutes later in a 2-0 win over NEC in the Eerste Divisie.

Victory boss Kevin Muscat said he continued to monitor the 18-year-old's progress since he headed overseas.
“I certainly track his progress and all reports are he’s going really well,” Muscat said.
“I’m really pleased for the kid and it doesn’t surprise me that he’s been making progress. I’m pretty proud of him actually.”

Pasquali managed two games off the bench for Victory in 2016 but it was his eye-catching 25-minute cameo against Juventus that same year which drew wider interest.
During the International Champions Cup match the then 16-year-old displayed vision and excellent ball control.
Among the memorable moments, a cheeky backheel pass leading to Victory's equalising goal and a penalty in the 4-3 shootout win.
Four months later the young playmaker signed a two-year contract with the Amsterdam giants.
Jong Ajax currently sit in second spot on the ladder, one point behind Fortuna Sittard.
