Ryan Williams and Rotherham United will be playing in the Championship next season after beating Shrewsbury Town 2-1 in the League One playoff final.
Two goals from Richard Wood were enough to push the Millers back up, a year after they were relegated.
Rotherham missed a penalty in the first half from David Ball. But Wood headed home to give them a 1-0 lead.
In the second half Alex Rodman levelled it up to send the match into extra-time.

Aussie Williams started on the bench and came on in the 75th minute.
In the 94th minute the 24-year-old winger had a goal-bound shot brilliantly saved.
In extra-time it was Wood who struck again, with another header, to send the Millers into the Championship.
