Socceroo winger Mathew Leckie was sent off as his side secured a valuable win to boost their hopes of Bundesliga survival, while Jackson Irvine’s club moved a step closer to safety in the Championship.
Leckie’s FC Ingolstadt was involved in a crazy game against Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany which saw two red cards, two penalties (with one saved) and two goals.
Unfortunately for the 26-year-old he was one of the players that saw red, dismissed 10 minutes from time for a fairly innocuous incident.

(81') RED CARD for Mathew #Leckie who is watching the ball & unfortunately hits his opponent - just like the 1st red card.
