In Korea Adam Taggart was finally back in the goals for Suwon Bluewings netting his 17th of the season in a 2-1 win over Gyeongnam. Terry Antonis came on after 35 minutes for Suwon.
Rashid Mahazi played 90 minutes for Incheon United as they recorded a 1-0 win away to Seongnam. Aleksander Jovanovic returned from injury for Jeju United as he played four minutes off the bench in their 2-1 loss to Sangju Sangmu. Jason Davidsion was absent for Ulsan Hyundai as they lost 2-1 to Daegu away from home, a bad start to their playoff championships.
In Saudi Arabia Brad Jones recoreded yet another clean sheet for Al Nassr as they beat Al Raed 2-0. Craig Goodwin played 90 minutes for Al Wehda in a narrow 1-0 win over Al Ittihad.
In Hong Kong Travis Major scored another winner for Southern District as they beat Eastern 1-0 away. Michael Glassock also scored in Hong Kong for Sun Pegasus while Charles Lokolingoy played 57 minutes in a thrilling 3-3 draw against Happy Valley.
In India David Williams made his debut in the ISL for ATK going down 2-1 to Kerala Blasters.
