UK 

In the English Premier League Aaron Mooy and Mat Ryan both played full matches for Brighton & Hove Albion in a 1-1 draw with Watford. 

It was an important point for the Seagulls who took away two points from their relegation rivals. 

In Scotland Martin Boyle played a full game as Hibernian lost 2-1 to Rangers. Tom Rogic played just four minutes for Celtic in a 4-0 win against Motherwell. Lyndon Dykes played 90 minutes for Livingston as they fell to a 2-0 defeat at Ross County. 

In the Championship Jackson Irvine and Callum Elder played 90 minutes as Hull City drew 1-1 away to Reading. 

Kenny Dougall was an unused sub for Barnsley while Massimo Luongo was absent for Sheffield Wednesday as they drew 1-1. 

In League One Ryan Williams started and scored for Portsmouth as they defeated Tranmere Rovers 2-0 away from home. Harry Souttar played a full game as Fleetwood Town earned a 2-1 away win to AFC Wimbledon. Bailey Wright played a full game as Sunderland beat Ipswich Town 1-0. 

Mark Milligan played 90 minutes for Southend United as they lost 2-1 to Blackpool. Ryan Edwards played 90 minutes for Burton Albion as they drew 0-0 with Gillingham. 

In League Two Cameron Burgess played a full match and kept a clean sheet as Salford drew 0-0 with Crawley Town. Ben Folami played 11 minutes off the bench for Stevenage as they lost 2-1 to Exeter City.

 

EUROPE

In Israel Nikita Rukavytsya and Trent Sainsbury both scored for Maccabi Haifa in a dominant 5-0 win over Hapoel Tel Aviv.

Rukavytsya has now scored six goals in six matches throwing him in contention for a Socceroos spot with Graham Arnold putting the 32-year old on his radar. 

In Germany Mat Leckie and Brandon Borrello were both absent from their respective Bundesliga clubs, making Socceroos fans anxious at their lack of minutes heading into the next international window. 

Leckie has had injury problems and played just over 200 minutes this season while Borrello has played almost 300. 

Noah Botic scored and played 82 minutes as Hoffenheim U19 beat Ulm U19. Jacob Italiano played 90 minutes while Christian Theoharous was an unused sub for Borussia Mönchengladbach II, beating SV Lippstadt 2-0. 

In Cyprus Apostolos Giannou was absent from AEK Larnaca as they beat their rivals APOEL Nicosia 1-0. 

In Croatia Fran Karacic played a full game for NK Lokomotiva as they lost 1-0 to Hajduk Split for whom Anthony Kalik didn't appear.

In the Netherlands Ajdin Hrustic was back in the starting XI for FC Groningen after two weeks on the bench. he played 90 minutes as his side beat Vitesse Arnhem 1-0. 

In Turkey Aziz Behich was absent from Basaksehir as they drew 1-1 with Sivasspor away from home. Behich is another player struggling for game time after losing his spot at left-back to Gael Clichy.  

In Italy Gabriel Cleur played 90 minutes for US Alessandria in a 2-1 loss to Giana Erminio while Nick Pennington was absent from Olbia's 2-1 win over Carrarese. 

 

ASIA 

In Saudi Arabia Craig Goodwin kept his Socceroos aspirations alive with a brace for Al Wehda in a 4-1 win away to Abha as well as making the Saudi Arabia team of the week once again. 

It's his third and fourth goal of the season alongside five assists in the Saudi league. 

Brad Jones's Al Nassr drew 1-1 with Al Fateh with the Aussie between the sticks, lagging behind league leaders Al Hilal by three points. 

In India David Williams replaced former teammate Mandi for 15 minutes in ATK's 3-1 win over Odisha. Roy Krishna scored a hat-trick in the game to take him to top of the golden boot race. 

Erik Paartalu played a full game as Bengalurru drew 0-0 with Chennaiyin FC.
