In the English Premier League, Aaron Mooy played 90 minutes for Huddersfield Town as they lost 1-0 to Cyrstal Palace.
In the English Championship Massimo Luongo played 90 minutes as QPR defeated Bolton Wanderers 2-1. Bailey Wright was still missing from Bristol City's squad they beat Sheffield United 4-1. Ryan Williams played a full match and received a booking as Rotherham United lost 1-0 to Derby County. Adam Federici was on the bench for Stoke City who drew 2-2 with Sheffield Wednesday. James Meredith started and played a full match as Millwall drew 1-1 with Leeds. Mile Jedinak played 77 minutes as Aston Villa drew 1-1 with Blackburn Rovers while the heir to the throne Jackson Irvine was Hull City's super sub, coming on in the 69th minute and scoring the second in a 2-0 win over Ipswich Town.
In the English League One, Brad Inman was absent from Rochdale City's matchday squad as they defeated Gillingham 3-0. Cameron Burgess played 90 minutes in a 3-2 win over AFC Wimbledon for whom Kosta Sparta didn't feature. Kenny Dougall played a full match and picked up a yellow card as Barnsley lost 1-0 to Coventry City. Ryan Mcgowan played a full match and received a booking as Bradford City lost to Charlton Athletic.
In the English League Two, Harry Kewell got his first point on the board for Notts County in a 3-3 draw with Stevenage. Jordan Lyden was missing from Oldham Athletic's squad that comfortably defeated Grimsby Town 3-0. Jimmy Oates was absent from Exeter City's squad that beat Mansfield Town 2-1.
In the English youth leagues, Ashley Maynard-Brewer started and played 90 minutes while Ryan Blumberg was an unused sub for Charlton Athletic U18 as they lost 2-1 to Sheffield United. Riley Warland was an unused sub for Fulham U18 as they beat Norwich City U18 3-1. Tyrese Francois started and played a full match for Fulham U23 as they defeated Wolves U23 1-0. Former Melbourne Victory player Cameron McGilp played 81 minutes as Birmingham City U23 beat Crystal Palace U23 3-0.
In the Scottish Premiership, Tom Rogic started and played 90 minutes for Celtic in a 0-0 draw against St. Mirren who Ryan Edwards also played a full match for. Jamie Maclaren and Mark Milligan were both subbed on for 18 minutes for Hibernian in their 3-2 victory over Kilmarnock. Ben Garuccio was an unused sub while Oli Bozanic played 10 minutes off the bench for Hearts as they beat Motherwell 1-0 for whom Andy Rose started and played 90 minutes for. Jesse Curran played a full match and received a yellow card as Dundee FC lost 4-0 to Steven Gerrard's Rangers.
In the Scottish League First Division Tom Beadling was absent from Dunfermline Athletic's match day squad that drew 0-0 with Alloa Athletic. Lyndon Dykes started and played a full match for Queen of the South as they drew 0-0 with Ross County. Jack Iredale was an unused sub as Greenock Morton drew 1-1 with Dundee United.

In J-League 1 Mitchell Langerak let a few slip as his Nagoya Grampus lost 4-3 to V-Varen Nagasaki. Mitchell Duke played 18 minutes off the bench as Shimizu S-Pulse beat Kashiwa Reysol 3-2. Andrew Nabbout is still battling injury at Urawa Red Diamonds as they defeated Ange Postecoglou's Yokohama F Marinos 2-1.
In J-League 2 Jason Geria was absent from JEF United Chiba's match day squad as they drew 3-3 with Avispa Fukoaka.
In the K-League Classic Dylan McGowan was absent from Gangwon's squad as they lost 3-2 to Sangju. James Donachie was also absent from Jeonnam Dragons squad as they drew 3-3 with Gyeongnam 3-3. Kwabena Appiah-Kubi got 19 minutes off the bench for Incheon united who drew 0-0 with Suwon Bluewings. Aleksander Jovanovic was an unused sub as Jeju United were humbled 4-0 by Jeonbuk Motors. Connor Chapman started and played 76 minutes for Pohang Steelers who lost 2-0 to Ulsan Hyundai.
In The Saudi Pro League Jack Duncan kept a clean sheet and Rhys Williams started and played a full match as Al-Qadsiyah beat Mat Jurman's Al-Ittihad 3-0, for whom he started and played a full match for. Brad Jones started and played a full match for Al-Nassr as his side went down 2-1 to Al-Faisaly.
In the Arabian Gulf League, Bernie Ibini started and played 84 minutes for Emirates Club as they lost 2-0 to Al-ittihad Kalba. Earlier in the week Bernie Ibini was absent from the squad as his side drew 1-1 to Al Jazira in the Etisalat Cup.
NORTH AMERICA
In the MLS, Brad Smith started and played 90 minutes for Seattle Sounders who defeated Vancouver Whitecaps 2-1.
In the USL Jesse Daley and Antonee Burke-Gilroy both played full matches as Seattle Sounders II lost 1-0 to Phoenix Rising.
