In the SPFL Oli Bozanic played 90 minutes and scored a midweek goal while Ben Garuccio was a 73rd minute substitute in Hearts 3-0 win over Dundee FC for whom Jesse Curran played a full 90 minutes.

It was a very different story overnight though when Bozanic gave away a soft penalty in Heart's Betfred Cup semi final against Celtic and gifted the Bhoys their opener in a 3-0 hammering which also saw Tom Rogic setting up the second during his full 90 minutes. Bozanic came off after 70 minutes and Garuccio remained on the bench.
Ryan Edwards was a 75th minute sub for St.Mirren as they lost 2-0 to St. Johnstone. Tom Rogic completed 90 minutes for Celtic in their 3-0 win over Hearts in the Scottish League Cup while Oli Bozanic completed 70 minutes and Ben Garuccio was an unused sub.
In the Scottish Championship Tom Beadling played a full match as Dunfermline Athletic lost 2-0 to Dundee United. Jack Iredale played 18 minutes off the bench for Greenock Morton as they were slammed 5-0 by Ross County. Lyndon Dykes played a full match for Queen of the South who defeated Falkrik 2-0 at home.
In the English Premier League Aaron Mooy played a full 90 minutes as Huddersfield Town lost 3-0 away to Watford. Mat Ryan kept a clean sheet for Brighton's third 1-0 win in a row, this time over Wolverhampton Wanderers.
It was a busy week in the English Championship. Mile Jedinak was an unused sub as Aston Villa lost 2-1 to Norwich City and 1-0 loss to QPR. Adam Federici was an unused sub for Stoke City in their 1-1 draw with Sheffield United and 1-0 victory over Bristol City.
Ryan Williams started and played 62 minutes for Rotherham United in their 0-0 draw with Middlesborough and played 85 minutes providing an assist in Rotherham's 1-1 draw with Preston North End.
Mass Luongo played a full game in QPR's 3-0 victory over Sheffield Wednesday and again in their 1-0 win over Aston Villa. James Meredith started and played 46 minutes as Millwall defeated Wigan 2-1 and was an unused sub as his side won 3-0 against Ipswich Town.
Jackson Irvine started and played 90 minutes as Hull city defeated Bristol City 1-0 and another 90 minutes in a 1-0 win over Bolton Wanderers.
In the English League One Ryan McGowan played a full 90 minutes as Bradford City lost 4-2 to Coventry City but was absent as his side were defeated 4-0 by Gillingham. Brad Inman was an unused sub for Rochdale as they lost 3-0 to Wycombe Wanderers and came off in the 90th minute as Rochdale beat Charlton 1-0.
Kenny Dougall was substituted off after an injury in the 21st minute as Barnsley lost 3-1 to Shrewsbury, he was therefore absent for their 1-0 victory over Bristol Rovers. Cameron Burgess played until the 77th minute for Scunthorpe United in their 1-0 loss to Blackpool and was an unused sub in a 4-1 loss to Plymouth Argyle.
In League Two Harry Kewell suffered back-to-back defeats as Notts County lost 2-1 to MK Dons before another 2-1 loss to Swindon Town. Jimmy Oates was an unused substitute for Exeter City as they lost 2-1 to Forest Green.
In the English Youth Leagues Tom Glover was an unused sub for Tottenham Hotspur U23 as they went down 1-0 to Derby County U23. Kai Caldebrank-Park played a full match for Burnley U18 as they lost 3-2 to Bolton Wanderers U18.
