Bahrain suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of DPR Korea in an international friendly at Bahrain national stadium.
After a goalless first half, DPR Korea scored the winning goal after an hour through their forward An Chol-Hyok to boost the side before the Asian Cup finals.
Bahrain were drawn in group C of the 2011 AFC Asian Cup along with Australia, Korea Republic and India while DPR Korea will play in group D with defending champions Iraq, Iran and UAE.
