Barcelona president Joan Laporta believes Pep Guardiola's all-conquering team are on course to achieve legendary status.
Barca continue to sweep all before them this season, with last night's 3-2 victory over Osasuna moving them 12 points clear at the top of the Primera Liga standings.
The Catalan giants are also within touching distance of a place in the Copa del Rey quarter-finals, holding a 3-1 advantage over Atletico Madrid from the away leg of their last-16 tie, and are favourites to beat Lyon at the same stage of the Champions League.
In all, Barca have won 23 and drawn three of their 29 competitive matches since Guardiola replaced Frank Rijkaard last summer and are on course to break all sorts of Primera Liga records this season.
An impressed Laporta feels great things could be in store for this group of players, saying in El Mundo Deportivo: "This team is destined to be one of the best of all time, but only good results will determine this."
He added: "We have high hopes for every game, but we must be prudent. This team is going very well and on a good path and we have to carry on like that."
