It’s understood the 31-year-old is set to link up with the newest A-League club where he’ll join a number of former FC stars including Mark Bridge and Shannon Cole.

Beauchamp, capped 22 times for the Socceroos, made his name with the Mariners in the first couple of seasons of the A-League.

He was taken to the 2006 World Cup by then Aussie coach Guus Hiddink which prompted a switch to Germany’s Nuremberg.

Since then he’s enjoyed stints with Aalborg in Denmark, Al Jazira in the UAE and Melbourne Heart in the A-League.
