David Beckham set up a goal last night in his first appearance for the Los Angeles Galaxy since returning from a six-week training spell with Tottenham.
Galaxy defender Omar Gonzalez headed home Beckham's level the scores at 1-1 in the club's game with Mexican side Club Tijuana before the former England captain was substituted with 16 minutes left.
The match ended 2-2 after 90 minutes but Bruce Arena's side lost 4-3 on penalties.
Beckham returned to training with the Major League Soccer team last week having failed to negotiate a loan deal with Spurs during his time in England.
