Poland coach Leo Beenhakker has whittled down his provisional squad for this summer's European Championships to 26 names.
Beenhakker has axed five players from the initial 31-man party announced on April 16, while a further three will have to go before he reveals his final 23-man squad for Euro 2008.
Uncapped 20-year-old Dawid Janczyk has been dropped along with goalkeeper Wojciech Kowalewski, defender Arkadiusz Radomski, midfielder Michal Golinski and strikers Lukasz Piszczek and Artur Wichniarek.
Roger Guereirro has been officially added to the squad after the Brazilian-born star was granted Polish citizenship soon after Beenhakker announced the initial group.
All the players will feature in a training camp in Germany from May 19 and Beenhakker is expected to use the full squad in back-to-back friendlies against Macedonia and Albania before confirming his final 23-man party for Austria and Switzerland.
Those friendly matches are scheduled for May 26 and 27 respectively at the Slaski Stadium, with the deadline for the submission of squads on May 28.
