Anderlecht and Genk remain two points apart at the top of the Jupiler League after both sides recorded wins over the weekend.
The leaders crushed Roeselare 5-0 away from home, while Genk had to battle back to beat Excelsior Mouscron 3-2.
Jonathan Legear scored in the second minute for Anderlecht, opening the floodgates for goals from Ahmed Hassan (21), Legear again (40) and a Nicolas Frutos penalty in the 43rd minute.
Substitute Deiudonne Mbokani completed the rout six minutes from time.
Genk, meanwhile, had to come from 2-1 down to win.
Goran Ljubojevic (35) opened the scoring, before Demba Ba scored twice in the 51st and 63rd minutes.
But Hans Cornelis` 86th-minute penalty and a last-minute strike from Gonzague Vandooren turned the game on its head.
