Cometh the hour, cometh the man. Melbourne Victory hero Besart Berisha says stepping up to score the late winner in Sunday's 2-1 elimination final win over Adelaide United is why the club brought him.
Berisha made it eight goals in eight finals and decided Sunday's elimination final with an acrobatic 89th minute winner.
United had taken the lead in the 57th minute when Nikola Mileusnic got in behind to open the scoring, but Victory levelled via Leroy George on 63 minutes, before Berisha's winner.

"I'm very happy with that. This is why Victory brought me here," Berisha told Fox Sports.
"I want to be there for the team, the club. I want to make sure I score the goals especially in the tough moments like this.
"When we go back 1-0, it's so important for this club to be in the finals, this is why I'm here.
"I'm happy I'm able to prove that."
Berisha said his remarkable record in finals was no coincidence.
"I love these kinds of games," Berisha said.
"I'm not afraid of these games. I go very positive into these games.
"I love these games. This is why I play this game."
Victory will now play Sydney FC at Allianz Stadium on Saturday in the semi-finals.
