USAIN Bolt called in at Manchester United's Carrington training ground this morning to watch Sir Alex Ferguson's men go through their paces ahead of tomorrow's Old Trafford encounter with Arsenal.
The fastest man on earth cut an unassuming figure as he arrived at reception, eager to see his favourite football team close up ahead of a chat with Cristiano Ronaldo.
Bolt is in the north-west to compete in a special 150 metre sprint at the Great CityGames in Manchester on Sunday.
Before that he will watch the Red Devils in action from the Old Trafford directors' box.
Bolt has certainly picked a good weekend to make the trip.
Quite apart from being greeted by traditional Manchester rain, the Jamaican also has the chance of seeing United handed the Premier League trophy.
Sir Alex Ferguson's side only require a point from tomorrow's meeting with Arsenal to clinch the championship, with the presentation due to take place immediately after the final whistle if United have been successful.
