FORMER Socceroos keeper Mark Bosnich has enjoyed his first win in Sydney Olympic colours and hailed the club's 'fantastic' response to his arrival.
An injury-time goal from Tolgay Ozbey gave Bozza's boys a 3-2 win over Penrith Nepean United in the New South Wales Premier League at the weekend.
Bosnich was delighted with the points and is clearly enjoying life in his new surroundings. He told Olympic's official website: " I think that was probably my best performance. Maybe their second goal I could have come out and got but it was a little bit in between and to be honest I did lose it in the lights.
"It was a team effort to come back and win like we did.'
He added: "My time here so far has been absolutely fantastic, I couldn't complain.
"Everyone at Olympic from top to bottom has been fantastic towards me. I really appreciate it and I'll never forget it. I'm very proud to be here and for the opportunity and hopefully we can make the top five and go on and win it."
The former Manchester United and Aston Villa keeper will get another chance to impress when Olympic travel to face Manly United on Sunday.
