Brazil 1 Ghana 0
A 17th-minute goal from Vagner Love was enough for Brazil to beat 10-man Ghana overnight.
Ronaldinho's corner kick was deflected off Kaka's head and Vagner Love fired home to secure Brazil's seventh win in nine matches under coach Dunga.
The result sees Brazil end their two-game Scandinavian tour with an unblemished record after beating Chile 4-0 in Gothenburg on Sunday.
Neither side played great football, with scoring opportunities few and far between, despite the Samba Boys fielding Ronaldinho, Kaka and Robinho.
The Africans finished the match with 10 men after Haminu Draman was shown a second yellow card after fouling full-back Daniel Alves.
Barcelona playmaker Ronaldinho believes tiredness was to blame for Brazil's poor performance, saying: "There were two games in such a short time, so the team are a bit tired.
"I'm happy for the victory, despite the fact that we didn't score too many goals."
Dunga, meanwhile, hinted that he will not call up any new players to the side ahead of the Copa America in Venezuela, with no more friendlies scheduled before the championship begins.
He said: "I've given opportunities to the most of players we've named. Now it's time to make decisions."
The tournament, which kicks-off on June 26, sees Brazil begin their title defence in Group B, alongside Chile, Mexico and Ecuador.
