SOCCEROOS midfielder Mark Bresciano is confident his injury woes are behind him after coming through a gruelling training session to blow out the travel cobwebs in the squad.

Pim Verbeek's men were swiftly off the plane and onto the training track with a running session to get the flight from Australia out of their legs.
"We were expecting to have a recovery session," the attacking midfielder told the Herald Sun.
"But it's all good. Obviously we've got the jet lag, the time difference, the flight ... we've got now these 10 days just to prepare ourselves the best way we can physically and get those sessions in."
Bresciano had no doubt he was back to full fitness after getting the better of a nagging back complaint that limited hisSerie A season with his now ex club, Palermo.
The Socceroos are building up towards their final two warm up games ahead of the World Cup with Verbeek's men to take on Denmark and the USA before the opening group game against Germany.
