SYDNEY FC striker Mark Bridge will miss the next one to two Hyundai A-League matches due to a right hamstring strain, the club revealed today after studying his medical report.
Bridge picked up the injury in the dying moments of Sydney FC’s 3-3 draw with Melbourne Victory at Sydney Football Stadium last Saturday night, with scans yesterday confirming a strain.
“It is disappointing when you get injured, especially when you pick something up in the final minutes of the game,” Bridge said.
“I will do all the right things and be back. It is a long season so it is important not to rush back.”
