Manchester United confirmed this morning they have accepted a world-record £80million bid for the FIFA World Player of the Year from the Spanish giants, with a deal likely to be concluded by June 30.

It looks set to end Madrid's long pursuit of the Portugal winger, but Bronzetti has warned the capital club not to count on anything until Ronaldo puts pen to paper on a contract at the Bernabeu.

"Cristiano Ronaldo is not yet a Real Madrid player," the FIFA agent and market expert told Radio Kiss Kiss. "The transfer of Ronaldo to Real is a lie.

"The only truth is this - the Manchester United player has not signed anything. A year ago the Red Devils signed a contract in which there was a buy-out clause of 80 million pounds, instead Real only offered 60 million.

"United accepted the possibility of allowing their player to talk to Real, but the player has not signed anything yet."

If the deal does go through it will be Madrid's second signing of the summer following the transfer of Kaka from AC Milan at the beginning of the week.

And Bronzetti believes Madrid president Florentino Perez, who signed Luis Figo, Zinedine Zidane and David Beckham during his first stint in charge, is once again building a team full of big-name players.

"There are three players stronger than anyone in the market: Kaka, (Zlatan) Ibrahimovic and Ronaldo," he added. "If this news proves true it would mean that Real Madrid would have gifted themselves two of the three and so they would return to being a team of Galacticos."
