FOOTBALL Federation Australia CEO Ben Buckley says he is positive about Perth Glory's future under Tony Sage's direction following meetings out west.
There have been rumours the FFA was looking to talk to other potential investors in the club but having seen the independent report commissioned by Sage (yet to be made public in any form) the governing body appears satisfied.
"Given Tony's commitment to the team and what he discussed with us today I don't see that there's any need to pursue new investors," Buckley told The West Australian.
"He's made a substantive investment in the club and he's given us an assurance that he's going to be in there for the long haul."
On the pitch, Glory are making their preparations for next season with Travis Dodd the latest name to commit.
He agreed a two-year deal and now the club is anxious to snare the services of Shane Smeltz as it looks to rebuild after a disastrous campaign.
