TIM Cahill and Louis Saha could return to the Everton starting line-up with boss David Moyes set to make changes to his side for tomorrow night's Carling Cup fourth-round clash with Chelsea at Goodison Park.
Cahill and Saha could be recalled having both come off the bench - with the latter scoring - in the 3-1 Barclays Premier League victory over Fulham on Sunday.
Moyes says he has "a few knocks" in the squad to assess, while James McFadden, who rejoined the Toffees last week, is still working his way back to full fitness after the serious knee injury he suffered last season.
Victor Anichebe remains sidelined with a groin problem.
Provisional squad: Howard, Heitinga, Hibbert, Neville, Distin, Jagielka, Baines, Barkley, Fellaini, Osman, Rodwell, Drenthe, Cahill, Stracqualursi, Mucha, Bilyaletdinov, Vellios, Gueye, Saha, Coleman, Hahnemann.
