EVERTON will be without Phil Neville and Tim Cahill for Saturday's Barclays Premier League clash with Manchester United at Goodison Park.
Toffees captain Neville was taken off at half-time in Wednesday's Carling Cup defeat to Chelsea due to a hamstring problem, while Cahill completed the full game but was carrying an injury.
Everton boss David Moyes said: "We have got a few players out. Phil Neville and Tim Cahill are both injured and won't be available and we are sweating on one or two others after the game (on Wednesday) so we'll wait and see."
Another absentee will be Royston Drenthe, who was sent off against the Blues and serves a one-match suspension.
Provisional squad: Howard, Heitinga, Hibbert, Distin, Jagielka, Baines, Barkley, Fellaini, Osman, Rodwell, Stracqualursi, Mucha, Bilyaletdinov, Vellios, Gueye, Saha, Coleman, Hahnemann.
