DAVID Carney saw red as he turned out for the FC Twente Reserves but fellow Aussie Nikita Rukavytsya scored in the 4-1 rout of NEC reserves.
Ruka struck in the 40th minute to make it 3-0 in the walkover for Steve McClaren's men.
But Carney's red card means he will miss Twente's next senior game against Heracles Almelo in the Dutch Eredivisie through suspension.
