DAVID Carney is confident Blackpool boss Ian Holloway has seen his match-winning strike against Paraguay but the Socceroo headed back to the UK armed with the evidence - just in case.
Carney has struggled to break into the Blackpool side since his pre-season switch from Holland and hopes his international heroics will boost his chances.
"Hopefully Ian Holloway has seen it, but if he hasn't I'll bring a CD in and show him," Carney told the Blackpool Gazette.
"I think I'm going to have to do that to get a game for Blackpool. Hopefully I will get a chance soon but I'm all right about it."
Carney is confident that the Blackpool boss does seem him as part of the picture at Bloomfield Road over the remainder of the campaign.
He added: "I've spoken with Ian Holloway and I'm sure I'm going to play a big part this season, so it's just a matter of learning the way he wants to play and I look forward to it."
