Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech does not expect referee Mike Dean to apologise to coach Luiz Felipe Scolari.
Arsenal beat Chelsea 2-1 at Stamford Bridge on Sunday and Scolari was furious that Dean allowed Robin van Persie's equaliser to stand - even though the midfielder was in a clear offside position when he smashed the ball past Cech.
But Cech insists that Chelsea only have themselves to blame for failing to react when Van Persie levelled the scores in the 59th minute.
Van Persie went on to grab the winner three minutes later to put Arsenal back in the title hunt just seven points behind leaders Chelsea.
"It is a part of the game that the referee makes a mistake," Cech told Denik Sport. "I have never seen a referee issuing an apology for his mistake.
"Personally, I don't expect it. It was a goal making it 1-1, not 1-2."
Cech admits he knew Van Persie was offside before the Dutchman despatched his shot.
"I never do it, but this time I immediately had a look at the referee.
"I saw Van Persie staying in front already at the first header, he did not move then. That is why I was surprised that the referees did not see it. It was a clear offside."
