EXCLUSIVE: In form Victory midfielder Billy Celeski says his performances at August's Olympics continue to buoy him as he looks towards his first Sydney derby on Saturday.

The former Glory man is still pinching himself that he's been on the same pitch as some of the world's biggest stars – such as Javier Mascherano, Juan Riquelme and wunderkid Lionel Messi.
"You try to savour those moments," he told au.fourfourtwo.com. "When the ball was on the other side of the pitch, I caught myself just watching players like Messi.
"You try not to but you can't help but admire those types of players. Playing at the biggest clubs in the world and are world class players."
Celeski has started seven of Victory's eight games this season after crossing from Perth in the off-season.
The 23-year-old says it's been the right move helped along by the fact that his confidence has sky-rocketed in recent times.
"The Olympics has had the biggest impact for me in terms of giving me confidence and really motivating for me to do well. The Olympics, what a stage to play on."
And John Kosmina will surely be wary of Celeski in this Saturday's clash at Telstra Dome.
The Macedonian-born midfielder slammed a stunning hat-trick against Sydney FC late last year to consign the sky blues to an embarrassing 4-2 loss at the SFS.
He added: "My family will be there, can't wait for it. We've looked sharp at training today and we're ready."
On a scale of 1-10, Celeski says his move to Melbourne has been "...at least a nine".
In team news, both Nick Ward and Roddy Vargas did not train with the group today. Coach Ernie Merrick said Ward was in doubt for Saturday's blockbuster with a virus-related issue but he expects Vargas to play.
