After goals from Ramires and Didier Drogba helped the club lift the FA Cup in a 2-1 win against Liverpool on Saturday, attention has now turned to the Champions League showpiece on May 19.

In order to win a double – that seemed highly unlikely when manager Andre Villas-Boas was sacked in March – Chelsea will now need to defeat Bayern Munich in Germany.

"We need to carry the confidence on," Lampard said.

"It's a completely different game. (It is) a different setting and everything, so hopefully we can take the confidence in and get the result we want but it will be a very tough game."

Chelsea captain John Terry says the hunger within the club's dressing room is high and warned that those writing his team off only serve to inspire them.

"(We have) two weeks of preparation now before the Champions League final," Terry said.

"But the momentum we can take from this, and the courage - from people writing us off mid-way through the season.

"The memories, the photos and the videos from after the game is what spurs us on year after year, and the hunger as well. People can question all they like, but the hunger in this squad is incredible and that's what keeps us going."

Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech wants to experience that winning feeling again at the Allianz Arena in the Champions League final.

"It's a great buzz because any time you win a trophy, it gives you confidence, the pleasure, the mood and everything," Cech said.

"You go and say, we have two weeks now to prepare and we'll have another opportunity to have the same feeling again."

First for Chelsea though, they play Liverpool again as the two sides meet in the English Premier League at Anfield on Tuesday.
