SOCCEROO Harry Kewell has turned up at Stoke City training as he continues his search for a new club although a deal appears unlikely with the Premier League club.
The 33-year-old, who is a free agent after leaving Melbourne Victory in June to return to the UK to be alongside his wife and her ill mother, was spotted at Stoke's Clayton Wood training complex on Wednesday morning.
According to The Mirror, Kewell arrived unannounced and had a conversation with the club's director of football John Rudge as well as a brief chat with manager Tony Pulis.
However according to UK reports the Australian left the training complex shortly after looking "unimpressed".
Kewell has been linked with several English outfits since returning to the UK, including Blackburn, Middlesbrough and Swindon, although the latter insisted they weren't interested in July.
