TOTTENHAM sporting director Damien Comolli insists the club will recover from their poor start to the season.
Defeat by Hull on Sunday condemned Spurs to their worst league start since 1912 and increased pressure on manager Juande Ramos.
Comolli, who oversees transfer policy at White Hart Lane, has also come under fire for his role in the problems.
Comolli told Sky Sports News: "The only thing I can say is that everyone at the club, the staff and the players, are working very hard to turn things around and to bring positive results.
"The message to the fans is that everyone is working very hard and we will turn things around."
Spurs have collected just two points from their opening seven Barclays Premier League games and are languishing at the bottom of the table.
Spurs controversially brought in Ramos a year ago after sacking Martin Jol due to another disappointing start.
There have been suggestions Ramos could go the same way but Comolli insists there is no mood for changes.
He added on BBC Sport: "We need stability. We don't need change. We need to get results.
"As a club we are very united - the board and the coaching staff, the players and the coaching staff, and the players and the board. We are in this together so we don't want to single out anyone."

Comolli also insisted his relationship with Ramos was "excellent as always" but refused to comment about his own future at White Hart Lane.
"That is all speculation," he told BBC Radio Five Live. "You don't talk about that.
"Inside the club we just want to get out of this tricky situation and all the rest we don't comment on.
"It is just speculation as far as I'm concerned."
Comolli also refused to simply point the finger for the team's problems at the sales of Dimitar Berbatov and Robbie Keane, whose replacements Roman Pavlyuchenko and Fraizer Campbell are as yet failing to fire.
"I am not sure there is only one explanation," said Comolli.
"It was not an easy situation, it was not an easy time to go through but that is the way it goes."
