Brisbane Roar have added and dropped a youngster from their squad to face Wellington Phoenix, as John Aloisi aims for a youthful, yet winning combination.
Aloisi has preferred New Zealand international Dane Ingham to promising youngster Dylan Wenzel-Halls as backup to Adam Taggart and Henrique in the lead up to an important clash against Wellington Phoenix.
The former prolific Western Pride marksman impressed many pundits in a series of cameos so far this season, however Ingham, who is still in the process of returning from a lengthy injury layoff, has received the nod.
Eric Bautheac is out with suspension, while Brett Holman remains injured. Danish import Tobias Mikkelsen remains in the squad, despite drawing lukewarm reviews throughout this campaign. Two of Brisbane's listed squad remain to be omitted.

But Brisbane didn't reveal the exact reasons for Wenzel-Halls' exclusion, Aloisi instead pointing to his record of developing youngsters at the Roar.
"It's always nice to see young players play," he said. "We want to win, but we want to develop younger players. That won't change.
"They'll have their ups and downs, I thought Dane (Ingham) did well.
"Nick D'agostino, Stefan Mauk, Connor O'Toole, Dylan Wenzel-Halls, we still want to win and these players should help us.
"We've got a squad that we know we can rotate if we need to. If you don't need to rotate you don't have to, but we've already been playing a different starting 11 regularly so it's important that we don't have injuries.
"At the moment we don't have the results we want, but we also don't have injuries, so we go into this month feeling confident."
After patchy results under Aloisi, Roar sit second-last on the table, only ahead of an embattled Central Coast Mariners side.
Meanwhile, Wellington have leapfrogged the Queensland side into the top six with strong performances against the Mariners and Sydney FC.
"There were a lot of positives out of the game against Melbourne Victory, but it was always going to be tough playing with 10 men," Aloisi said.
"We go to Wellington knowing what they're going to offer, the players have showed, even though results haven't gone our way, they've got a lot of belief in each other.
"They'll press high, they've got dangerous players. They're a decent side that fight for each other, so if we can match that, we can win the game.
"We know that things turn very quickly. We just need to focus on our structure."
