Crawley secured league football for the first time in their history as today's 3-0 win at Tamworth earned them promotion from the Blue Square Bet Premier.
Town lead AFC Wimbledon by 14 points with their rivals having only four games left this season after Matt Tubbs' double helped the Red Devils to a comfortable win in Staffordshire.
Crawley, whose successful season also included a run to the FA Cup fifth round where they lost to Manchester United, went ahead through Tubbs' 26th-minute header.
He made it 2-0 with a penalty just before the hour mark while Charlie Wassmer headed a late third.
