Tottenham striker Peter Crouch has urged his team-mates to bounce back from their Wembley disappointment when they face Arsenal on Wednesday.
Spurs were defeated by Portsmouth in the FA Cup semi-final and they are also four points behind Manchester City in the race for the final Champions League place.
"I was absolutely gutted to lose, but we have to pick ourselves up because we don't want our season to just fritter away," Crouch said.
"We have to make sure we're at it for the rest of the season to try to get that fourth spot and we need to get up for it against Arsenal.
"It was an extremely disappointed dressing room at Wembley because we knew we had a good chance to get to the final.
"But we're professional people and we have to make sure we put it behind us and get up for Arsenal."
Crouch feels he was denied a legitimate goal against Pompey when Niko Kranjcar was penalised for a foul on Pompey goalkeeper David James.
"You could even see Jamo's face on the telly after the incident," Crouch said.
"He was laughing and that tells you the whole story. He knew it wasn't a foul."
