BARCELONA honorary president and club legend Johan Cruyff is unimpressed by the four candidates who will do battle in tomorrow's presidential elections at the Catalan club.
Cruyff, named honorary president by current Barca chief Joan Laporta in April, has worked in a consultancy role for the club in recent years and recommended the appointments of coaches Frank Rijkaard and Pep Guardiola.
But the Dutch legend, who graced Barca as both a player and a coach, is likely to have a reduced role under the new man and could even be stripped of the title he was given earlier this year.
"If that's what they think, let them do it," Cruyff told Television de Catalunya.
And the 63-year-old says he is underwhelmed by the four presidential candidates - Sandro Rosell, Marc Ingla, Jaume Ferrer and Agusti Benedito.
"Whoever sits there (as Barca president) has a difficult task and we'll have to see if they know what they have to do," he said.
"In the programmes that I have read, I have seen that they have been trying to be nice to the 'socios', but I have not a seen a real analysis of the functioning of the club."
Former vice-president Rosell is the favourite to win tomorrow's elections and take over from Laporta.
