SOCCEROO and PSV midfielder Jason Culina has dismissed talk he could move to new A-League franchise Gold Coast as speculation only.
"It's only a little bit of gossip," he said with a laugh. "I wouldn't look too much into it at the moment".
Speaking after the Socceroos dismantled Qatar 4-0 in an AFC FIFA World Cup qualifier in Brisbane last night, Culina said the win was just rewards for the Aussies.
"What can you say, 4-0 against Qatar. We've done it three times now so it was a good win and it gives us a lot of confidence."
Culina added that the rain break that held up kick off for half an hour may've worked in Australia's favour.
"We're used to a bit of rain and obviously they aren't but it didn't make too much of a difference."
