Australian firebrand admits charge of violent conduct.
Derby defender Darren Moore has denied an FA charge of violent conduct.
The 32-year-old defender has been charged regarding an alleged incident in last Friday's 1-1 draw at Leicester.
Rams boss Billy Davies said: "Having reviewed the video tape, I don't see any violent conduct intended at all.
"I think Darren has caught the player, he has tried to get away from him, but I certainly don't see that he has intentionally gone out to raise his elbow or arm into the player's head."
Moore's case will be heard by an FA Disciplinary Commission tomorrow.
Leicester's Danny Tiatto has admitted a charge of violent conduct in relation to a separate incident during the same match.
He will serve an automatic three-match suspension with immediate effect.
