Edgar Davids appears keen to resume his playing career after training today with former club Ajax.
The 37-year-old has not played professionally since leaving Ajax in 2008, attracting interest but never agreeing terms with both Vitesse and Leicester City.
Davids had two stints at Ajax, winning the Champions League with the club in 1995 and then returning there towards the end of a career which took him to Juventus, Barcelona and Inter Milan.
