Melbourne Victory assistant coach Jean-Paul de Marigny has accepted the three-match sanction proposed by the independent Match Review Panel.
De Marigny was expelled in the 36th minute of Monday night's match against Newcastle Jets by the referee.
It was determined that de Marigny used offensive, insulting or abusive language and/or gestures.
Already this season, head coaches Kenny Lowe and Guillermo Amor have received bans for their touchline behaviour.
