Macarthur FC have further bolstered their A-League attacking stocks, signing former Central Coast Mariners playmaker Daniel De Silva for the next two seasons.

De Silva's signing comes a day after the Bulls landed Johnny Warren Medal winner Ulises Davila, while they have been heavily linked to a move for Melbourne City winger Craig Noone.

The 24-year-old scored four goals and recorded three assists in 21 games, while also helping the Mariners to third on the table.

"I was really attracted to the exciting brand of football the team plays. Ante's style was really appealing for me, and I'm excited for the season," De Silva said.

"Coming into the team, I'm hoping to add further polish to the final product in the front third."

De Silva adds more creativity to Macarthur as they look to improve on a semi-final appearance in their first season.

"He is a player with plenty of ambition and provides us good mobility in the attacking third," coach Ante Milicic said.

"Now at a good age, Daniel is starting to fulfil his potential, and in our environment, we believe he can take it to the next level."

Melbourne Victory meantime have parted ways with striker Rudy Gestede and winger Callum McManaman as the A-League club continue their overhaul under new coach Tony Popovic.

The pair both joined ahead of the last A-League season but neither were able to hit great heights through a combination of form, injury and Victory's struggles.

Gestede scored five goals and provided two assists in 18 games while McManaman scored four and assisted two in his 18 appearances.
