Central Coast Mariners have confirmed central defender Jacob Poscoliero has completed a transfer from Perth Glory.
The 27-year-old has signed a contract that will see him remain with the Mariners until at least the end of the A-League 2017/18 season.
Before making the move to Perth Glory, the defender made 47 appearances for the Yellow & Navy between 2014 and 2017.
Poscoliero will be available for selection to take on the Western Sydney Wanderers this Sunday at Central Coast Stadium.
During the A-League 2017/18 season, Poscoliero made eight appearances under Kenny Lowe which included six starts.
Upon his return to the Central Coast, ‘Posco’ said that he was delighted to be pulling on the Yellow & Navy jersey and once again call Central Coast Stadium home.
“I’m thrilled and delighted to be able to put a Mariners jersey back on,” Poscoliero said.
“It was really hard to leave this club where I made many great friendships and formed close relationships with the Central Coast Community and Mariners’ supporters.
“I can’t wait to get back to training – I’ve really missed both the coaching and style of play here at the Mariners and I am very grateful to be given this opportunity to play under Paolo again."
Poscoliero will make his return to the Central Coast Mariners Centre of Excellence and train with the team for the first time on Friday. He will wear number 19.
