JUVENTUS coach Luigi Del Neri has vowed to turn the Bianconeri back into a winning team, as he aims to help the Turin outfit put the problems of last season firmly behind them.
For the second year in a row, Juve, who have a record 27 Scudetti, finished the season empty handed.
Alberto Zaccheroni replaced the sacked Ciro Ferrara, but he could not stop the rot as the Bianconeri lost four of their last seven games to finish a disappointing seventh in the standings and miss out on the Champions League.
Their campaign was further blighted by talk of dressing room unrest, and Del Neri insists he will not stand for that.
"I hope my Juve will be beautiful and winning," said the former Sampdoria boss.
"Winning in every department, on the pitch and in their behaviour.
"I will treat everyone the same. For me they are all Juventus players.
"Victory depends on many things but the logic is to search to distinguish ourselves through our image and behaviour.
"My grandfather and father taught me respect and I have always followed this line during these years.
"A duty lies with every one. I have respect for all the players and so I ask for the same respect and commitment on the pitch.
"Yesterday I told everyone that the past does not interest me if it is not to understand what there is to change.
"I do not know and I do not care if there were problems in the dressing room. To live in a community there are rules that must be respected, on and off the pitch."
Del Neri took over the Juve reins last month and has already been busy in the transfer marker, bringing in Simone Pepe, Marco Storari, Jorge Martinez and Leonardo Bonucci.
The 59-year-old feels his squad is almost complete although he admits there is still a need to focus on the defence after the Bianconeri conceded 56 goals last campaign - the second worst record of any Serie A side which finished in the top 14.
"Is the squad incomplete? The World Cup took away a lot of elements and the transfer market is open until August 31," added Del Neri. "For July 29 we have to be ready.
"I will treat everyone in the same way, then in football someone can leave and another can come in.
"The attack is already complete. We are very strong in midfield. In quantity and quality we are calm up front and in the middle. (General director Giuseppe) Marotta is working now on the defence and on the wings."
Meanwhile, Marotta confirmed that the club are likely to confirm the signing of Udinese right-back Marco Motta later today.
"We'll close the deal for Motta by tonight," he said.
