The Bianconeri closed to within a point of second-placed Roma with a 1-0 win over the capital side last weekend but Del Piero - who scored the game's only goal - has all but ruled a late surge to prevent Inter from securing successive titles.

Inter are 12 points clear of Juve with 15 games remaining.

"We have so many points to recover and Inter are not showing signs of slowing down," said Del Piero, whose side face Reggina on Saturday.

"We're looking at the team that precedes us in the standings and that's Roma.

"We just have to focus game by game."

The Bianconeri will have an added motivation to pick up a third consecutive victory at the Oreste Granillo Stadium as Roma do not play until Sunday and face more challenging opponents in Fiorentina.

Juve coach Claudio Ranieri has decided to rest goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon in view of the challenging week that awaits the Bianconeri with Emanuele Belardi expected to take his place.

The Bianconeri take on Torino in midweek before hosting Fiorentina next Sunday.

Struggling Reggina will be desperate to avoid a fifth consecutive defeat.

Renzo Ulivieri's side have only managed to collect one win this year.

Their poor form of late has seen the Amaranto drop to 19th in the standings, three points from safety.

Reggina president Pasquale Foti has given Ulivieri a vote of confidence ahead of this weekend's game.

"We have confidence in Ulivieri," Foti said.

"He has experience, he is professional and I know he will do everything to avoid the team from being relegated."

Former Juve striker Nicola Amoruso has called for everyone to pull together to get Reggina back up the table.

"It is certainly a rough patch for us but I am an optimist despite the pessimistic air that surrounds us," said Amoruso.

"Regardless of making some errors I am sure we will get out of this situation.

"Juventus are in great form at the moment. It always demonstrates an above normal character and, despite many changes, it is still a side that has a winning mentality."

Juve will fancy their chances for they have only lost once away from home this campaign and that was back in October when they lost at Napoli.

The visitors will be without midfielder Antonio Nocerino, who serves a one-match ban while striker Vincenzo Iaquinta is doubtful with a back injury.

David Trezeguet, who was struggling with the flu this week, is set to lead Juve's attack alongside Del Piero.
