Sevilla will start the defence of their Copa del Rey title with a two-legged tie against third division club Denia in the round of 32.
Sevilla, who beat Getafe in last year's final, are one of five leading Primera Liga sides who have been paired with Segunda B teams in Thursday's draw as the big guns entered the competition.
Those other games see Spanish champions Real Madrid meet Alicante, Valencia face Real Union Irun, Barcelona take on Alcoyano and Real Zaragoza clash with Pontevedra.
The other Segunda B side to have made it through to the last 32 are Burgos, who will face Getafe.
There are four all-Primera Liga ties, with 2006 winners Espanyol and 2002 champions Deportivo La Coruna meeting each other, Almeria playing Levante, Real Valladolid clashing with Real Murcia, and Real Mallorca facing Osasuna.
Mallorca won the cup in 2003 after defeating Recreativo Huelva in the final, while Osasuna were beaten finalists in 2005, going down to Real Betis.
The remaining six Primera Liga clubs are all away to second division teams in this year's competition, with Betis at Elche, Villarreal against Las Palmas, Atletico versus Granada 74, Racing Santander taking on Malaga, Recreativo going to Xerez and Athletic Bilbao meeting Hercules.
The first legs are set to take place in mid-November, with the return meetings scheduled for the start of January.
