Real Madrid attacker Angel di Maria has praised Lionel Messi and feels the Barcelona star is in a league of his own.
The Ballon d'Or holder netted once to help Argentina to a 2-1 World Cup qualification win over Chile on Tuesday.
Messi also netted a double against Uruguay, and di Maria had nothing but positive words for his compatriot.
"He's a phenomenon, what else can I say? It's a pleasure to play with him. He makes everything easier for his team-mates," di Maria told El Espectador.
"He's always available to receive a pass and he can do marvels with the ball."
Di Maria then went on to hail Jose Mourinho and said the Real coach is the best trainer he has ever worked with.
"He's the best coach I've had in my career. He's highly professional, he supports you at all times and he teaches you. That's vital for a footballer," he said.
Di Maria has made 11 official appearances for Madrid this term, netting twice in the process.
