Adelaide United have been keeping their new kit for the 2018/2019 season under wraps ahead of a big reveal... but has EA Sports beaten them to the punch?
Adelaide-based professional FIFA player Jamie O'Doherty was twitch streaming a sneak preview of FIFA 19 when the Hindmarsh side came up in the A-League section.
And it features a never before seen kit for the club, sparking speculation the video game had just revealed the new kit for the new season.
Surely @EASPORTSFIFA haven’t released our new kits before AUFC again...?

The (Away kit) looks similar to our current training kit as well...

Adelaide released a special kit for the FFA Cup in July but that was specifically only for the knockout competition, and wasn't even guaranteed to be available on sale.
The away kit for the cup came in for some criticism because of its similarity to previous away kits for Western Sydney Wanderers.

The new regular season kit was expected to significantly different – and the kit on FIFA fits the bill.
The away kit especially echoes the current training top for the club, raising expectations of it being a final design for the new season.
