Wanderers star Dimas says his side must keep believing and the results will eventually come.
Western Sydney have only managed two victories this season and recorded their seventh draw against Brisbane Roar right before Christmas.
Dimas maintains the Wanderers have to keep the faith.
"We feel good, we feel confident," he said.
"We know if we keep doing our things properly we are ready to get the three points. Hopefully this weekend in our stadium with our fans we can get the three points. Many times we have deserved the win.
"So we are quietly confident in our daily work, it's just we have to keep believing and I think the results will come. We are happy in our performance, we have confidence in ourselves."
Western Sydney sit in seventh spot on the ladder, 20 points behind city rivals Sydney FC. The Spaniard admits there is a huge gap from the top of the table.
"It is hard when you look at the table and you know the standings is far from first place, but we're not worrying about the table," Dimas said.
"We're worrying about doing our training properly and doing anything good. I believe in my team so we were prepared for everything. I think in this second half of the season we must win many games."
The Wanderers host Perth Glory on New Year's Day at ANZ Stadium. Perth are on the same points as Western Sydney and a win could see them rise up to fifth spot.
Dimas believes his team is ready to claim all three points on Sunday.
"The most important game is the next one," the 33-year old midfielder said.
"We are just focused on the next one against Perth at home. We are ready. Hopefully we can get the three points and move on to the next."
